| Description: | Responsible for quickly gaining knowledge of retail products, handling retail transactions, accurately handling money and making change, practicing inventory control and providing levels of customer service consistent with the Retail Store Manager's wishes. |
| Duties: | Exhibit professional timeliness, accuracy, willingness and ability to learn; Learn and exhibit compliance with company and customer service policies; Show initiative, honesty, reliability, self-motivation and ambition; Direct all customer inquiries to appropriate representatives; Accept responsibility for and demonstrate pride in accomplishing assigned tasks, meeting goals and objectives as assigned by supervisor. |
| Qualifications: | Be able to lift at least 75 pounds frequently; Be able to perform essential job functions independently; Be enthusiastic and ambitious; Possess traits displaying strong attention to detail; Have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. |
